Statutory Rights
The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchases
While we will make all reasonable steps to ensure that the prices, descriptions etc for items on the website are accurate, errors may creep in, and we do not provide a warranty for the correctness or suitability of the information and goods displayed.
If an inaccuracy or error is discovered by us before dispatch of goods ordered, we are entitled not to fulfil the order. However, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the correction that we need to make, and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended conditions, or to cancel the order. If the latter, we will refund the monies paid.
No goods will be dispatched until paid for in full.
If we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible normally by email, and offer you the option of cancelling or amending your order with pro-rata refund of monies already paid.

Delivery Charges
Deliveries within Ireland
Free delivery on orders of €20 or more.
Orders under €20: €4 delivery charge.
If ordering for delivery to Northern Ireland, please select Northern Ireland rather than United Kingdom as the delivery country, in order to avail of the Island of Ireland delivery rate.
Deliveries to the UK
€12 per order
Deliveries in the EU
€15 per order
We regret that we are unable to ship books outside of the European Union and United Kingdom.

Delivery Policy
We aim to supply orders within the reasonable time frame outlined below. If for some reason we cannot do so, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended conditions, or to cancel the order.
Deliveries within Ireland: 2-3 working days
Deliveries within the UK and EU: 4-5 working days

Returns
We are happy to refund your purchase in full within 14 days, provided that it is returned to us as sold. All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method.
After 14 days but within 28 days we are happy to exchange the item for the other products or a credit note to the same value. In either case valid receipt must be provided as proof of purchase and original tags must be attached to gift items.
If you have a gift receipt you are not entitled to a refund but you may exchange your gift as above for up to 28 days.
*Goods purchased in December may be returned for exchange or credit up to the 31st of January.
Exceptions: This policy does not extend to Book Tokens, Dubray Books Vouchers and Sale Goods. These purchases are not returnable.

The website contains material which is owned or licensed to us, including the descriptions and graphics pertaining to an item. Reproduction of any material on the website is prohibited.
The website must not be used for any purpose other than searching for a book or placing an order with us. Unauthorised use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages.
